Terms Of Service
By signing up and actively using the our site program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. The owner may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with our program. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Members:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not signup multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing account with our program. You will use your username / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and pressing the edit user information button. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by the owner be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. You agree to receive email advertising from us, limited to no more than ten per day. In the event your email account on file becomes closed or blocked for 7 (seven) or more days to messages from our program your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings. In the event your email account on file is full for 7 (seven) consecutive days your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings. Any accounts with bogus, false, abbreviated or incomplete information will be terminated and all earnings will be forfeited. If your IP address and country do not match, your account will be terminated and all earnings will be forfeited.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and Our Company are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and us. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of our company. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using this site. Any accounts with bogus, false, abbreviated or incomplete information will be terminated and all earnings will be forfeited. If your IP address and country do not match, your account will be terminated and all earnings will be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability:
We will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or our program, even if we has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, we aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Link Errors:
At times we may send out a link that was for the wrong amount. You understand that if this happens we reserve the right to do a roll back on your account and deduct mistaken earnings from your account.
Cheat Links and Banners:
You understand that there will be a banner placed in the paid to click sections and also in email ads clearly marked D.O. N.O.T. C.L.I.C.K If you click these links or banners your account may be terminated without notice to you. If this happens your account will not be restored and you will loose all earnings and referrals. The usage of any email reading software is strictly prohibited.
Searching:
Only certain countries are allowed to search. The decision on who is allowed to search is made by the search engines. The countries allowed are: United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. If anyone is caught checking off "Search" as one of their interests, and you are not allowed to search, or searching your account could be terminated, all funds forfeited, and downline canceled. If you are from a country not listed, and you search, you run the risk of getting the advertiser's affiliate account closed, and they lose all their earnings. NOTE:If you are caught clicking search links OR having search chosen as
an interest...You will be fined 5 cents per incident.
Selling An Account:
We do not allow anyone to sell their membership account. Anyone caught selling their account will be immediately terminated, all funds forfeited and downline forfeited.
Paid To Sign Up:
Members will be paid from 5 cents to 50 cents for each valid sign up performed through our Paid to Sign Up Section. You must include the welcome email for the site you signed up for in the area provided (be sure to remove your password from this email). Members who enter anything else besides the welcome email will not receive credit and their accounts will be charged 5 cents for each invalid entry the submit. Members also understand they must remain an active member of the program signed up for for 30 days or will lose signup monies paid.
Inactive Members:
YOU MUST LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT ONCE EVERY 30 DAYS TO STAY ACTIVE!! In the event you do not click a link in 30 days your account will be deleted for inactivity and you will loose all earnings and referrals. Please keep your account active as your account will not be fixed if it is deleted. Anyone who sets their account to vacation and doesn't return within 30 days must email the webmaster to ask for permission to extend their inactivity.
Downline Credit:
You must be at least 25 Percent as active as your downline in order to receive credit for your downline earnings.
Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by us. Members may earn by referring new members to the our program. Once you have reached the payout amount set by our company a buttom will appear in your members redemption area. Payments will be made within 30 to 60 days of the time payment was requested or a reasonable time thereafter. There is a 25 cent fee for all payout requests. You must have earned 50 cents in personal earnings per payout request. If you request payout and request again before your first payout is completed. The first one will be deleted and your 60 days starts from the last payout request. Members China and India must send a valid id including their correct address listed in there members area to Cathy Thomas Po Box 22 Lapaz, Indiana 46537 before they will be paid. Members from China and India will only be paid via money order to the name and address listed on their valid id confirmation that they send. There is a $3 processing fee for money orders. Others members will be paid by PayPal or Money Order.
Family Friendly Site:
Our Site is a family friendly site. We WILL not allow any Illegal or Adult websites to be advertised on our Paid To Read Site. We will also not except any ads, banner impressions, paid to clicks for sites that promote any kind of Hate, Sites that promote violence of any kind, Sites that promote Hacking, questionable or illegal activity. Anyone sending in an ad for any of the above sites will have their accounts terminated without notice and will not be credited for any earnings or referrals.
Redemptions:
You may choose to use your earnings for advertising at any time. You may do this by visiting the redemption page listed in your earnings account area. You must have earned 50 cents in personal earnings per redemption that you request. If you do not have 50 cents in personal earnings your account will be charged 50 cents for each redemption you request that is invalid. When sending in banner codes please make sure that your banner is working properly. if it says yourwebsite.com then please upload the banner to your website and fill in the proper information for the banner image to show. This will help speed up the process in getting your banner placed and your advertising going much quicker.
To Cancel Your Membership:
You may at anytime cancel your membership with us by following one of the methods listed here. 1.You may log into your members area, click the edit user info button, scroll down to the bottom of the page, enter your password in the box provided and click delete my account. 2. You may send an email through the contact us page, list your username, full name, address and state Unsubscribe. 3. You may send an email to Cathy Thomas Po Box 22 Lapaz, Indiana 46537 with the following information: Full Name, Username, Full Address, Telephone Number and State Unsubscribe. Please keep in mind that doing any of the above will result in your account being delete and all earnings and referrals being forfeited.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through
unsolicited emailing (i.e.
SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication.
Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership
with wonderemails.com and may result in legal prosecution.
wonderemails.com strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a
federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account
terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but
shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any
authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident.
wonderemails.com may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. Multiple signups
shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts.
Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
We will file charges for recovery of any earnings received
from multiple signups.
